If we haven’t met up for a while then there are 3 opportunities coming up.

The Business Show – next Wed/Thurs 14/15 November
Come and talk to us about becoming the go-to person in your industry, get a signed copy of my new book Find Your Flame – Why Motivation Matters More Than Talent, and find out about influence from a master – plus meet up with other thought leaders and experts who will be dropping in on our stand over the 2 days.

Drop in and say hello to us on Stand 1162.

I’ll be on stage at Seminar Hall 7 @ 13.15 on Thursday 15th, and you can see Warren Cass on the main keynote stage at 17.00 Wed and 14.45 on Thursday.

The Digital, Sales, Marketing and Technology Expo 2018 This Friday I’m on the Q&A panel – topic; women in tech. That’s in Birmingham this week. You can get tickets for that here and as it’s a sponsored event there’s no charge for entry. Great networking opportunities and lots of interesting people attending and exhibiting. Check it out.

Event for the Next Generation of Thought Leaders
And then there’s our own event on Tuesday the 27th for Achievers International. Making Money in a Knowledge Economy that is all about Thought Leadership – what it is, and how to achieve it. The event is at Innovation Birmingham and they are sponsoring the day along with the EU Regional Development Fund. That means it’s free to attend and there’s even a free lunch!

Close to 100 people have already booked so if you are thinking about coming along, make sure you get registered. We are almost there with the London date too. More news on that as soon as I have it.

The Thought Leaders Mastermind (applications now open)

This starts in January. If you can’t make it to one of our events, then you might want to head over here and discover more about the new Mastermind. This is really resonating with people, probably because if you have ever tried to win consistent business as a sole practitioner or small business owner you know that it’s a lonely road to navigate on your own.

Ex-HR leaders are now HR consultants, ex-sales managers are now Sales Consultants – you get the idea. It’s getting easier and easier to transition (building websites, setting up social media, creating content etc. is all cloud based and as cheap as chips), and the result is that competition for clients is fierce.

You have to know how to really stand out and how to win the business.

That’s where Thought Leadership (and the new Mastermind) comes in. It’s important to realise that it’s not a random process. It’s a strategically planned journey. There’s a path to becoming a recognised expert in your field.

So, I hope to see you at one of those events. If you can’t come, but are curious about the Thought Leaders Mastermind, then you can check it out here.

To your success,
Sophie x
