What’s On Fire This Week
Looking back at the month just gone.
I’m in a mentoring group (if you aren’t in one, you should be) and one of the things we do is to post to our secret group what we have got done in the last month. I put off doing it because I didn’t think I’d achieved much. Yet when I got the diary out and wrote the post it was almost embarrassing to see the length of the post.
You probably don’t look back on your achievements enough either. If you haven’t reflected on the week yet, then I suggest you do it now. Share with me if you want. I’ll read it and celebrate with you.

Illuminating Revelation of the Week
Less is more is something I didn’t really understand until this week.
When things aren’t working we often pile more stuff into the mix; knowledge, activity, connections etc. Stop piling more stuff in. Strip back the task to the bare bones all that is left must be done.
